Home Staging Consultation

All services start with the initial consultation where I will spend 2 hours with the home seller and preferably with the Realtor walking thru the home and discussing needs, wants, goals and expectations.  During this time the seller will receive valuable information on how to address each room so it show's at it's greatest potential. We will complete this service with my “Top Ten Priority Report”, a professionally prepared report emailed to the home seller and Realtor to help the seller perform the ten most vital transformations needed for their home. We will end the consultation with a proposal for further staging services if needed.
 

Half Day of Professional Home Staging

Similar to the “Top Ten” Priority Report, this service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise. I will be working from a detailed walk-through work sheet that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations. We will spend 4 hours transforming the home focusing on effectiveness.
 

Full Day of Professional Home Staging

I will spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home. You won’t believe the difference a day can make! I will be working from a detailed walk-through work sheet that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations.
 

New Listing Staging OR Open House

This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go on the market OR to have an Open House in order to make a great first impression! I will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyer’s dream. I will be working from a detailed walk-through work sheet that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations.
