Why can’t I stage my own home?
Most
home owners are too emotionally connected to their homes to
view them objectively & therefore probably would not be
successful. Professional Stagers do it for a living and know
what buyers want!
What does it cost to have a home staged?
Far less
than your first price reduction! In most cases a
consultation and a few hours of re-arranging will be
sufficient to make a great first impression on buyers. The
cost is determined by the time involved.
Why is Staging a Vacant Home so important?
Only 10%
of buyers can actually visualize a homes potential. If the
house is empty, there is no reference for the buyer to make
regarding size and usage. Some buyers will walk into an
empty room and say “I wonder what this room is for”. By
staging each room, it gives meaning as well as ideas of how
they could arrange their furniture.
